Crestron Electronics Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – Manufacturing PMO to lead the transition of new products from Engineering into Production.

You will own planning and execution of multiple NPI projects, ensuring manufacturing readiness, supplier alignment, and successful product launches. Collaborating with Design Engineering PMs and cross-functional teams, you will develop integrated plans that cover strategy, costs, and risk mitigation, while maintaining executive-level updates and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of project management experience leading large-scale programs.
• Strong MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI skills.
• Excellent data analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication.
• ERP experience (SAP a plus).

Mansioni

• Monitor and control projects, identify risks, and resolve conflicts.
• Create project plans for manufacturing processes and NPI support.
• Manage prototype builds in production and host reviews.
• Create procurement plans and manage long-lead parts.
• Coordinate launch plans for internal launches at Orangeburg factory and transfers.
• Review product roadmaps with Engineering PMO and plan demand changes.
