Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager in Pennington, NJ (Hybrid) to plan, coordinate, and deliver a large-scale program with cross-functional teams across organizations. You will communicate target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and provide visibility into program health.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience managing complex programs, with strong Excel, Agile, and financial management skills. Alternate location: Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience delivering large‑scale programs within complex corporate environments.
• Advanced Excel, Agile delivery, and financial management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery and synchronize business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure program delivery meets established standards.
• Manage program financials and assist with strategic resource planning for the program.
• Communicate program health, target outcomes, and delivery milestones clearly to stakeholders.
• Track project and value stream variances to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
