Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager III to lead hardware development and logistics programs. You will coordinate engineering workstreams, prototype builds, and international shipping with suppliers and partners in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will create schedules, track milestones, use Jira for task management, and develop dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years of relevant project or program management experience.
Experience with international shipping, logistics, and receiving for hardware or technical products.
Experience supporting logistics and suppliers in Asia is highly preferred.
Strong Jira experience within an engineering development environment.
Demonstrated project management experience supporting complex technical programs.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience developing project schedules and work breakdown structures.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers, workstreams, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize and manage engineering workstreams.
Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track prototype builds, engineering development activities, and overall program progress.
Use Jira to manage engineering development tasks, actions, and deliverables.
Coordinate international shipping, receiving, logistics, and shipment tracking for prototypes, samples, and development hardware.
Work with external suppliers and development partners to track tasks, deliverables, and Statements of Work.
Partner with finance and purchasing teams to onboard suppliers, obtain proposals and quotations, place orders, and track deliveries.
Assist engineering teams with development documentation, project artifacts, and technical records.
Collect program data and create dashboards, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, internal resources, meeting notes, and action items.
Build and maintain project schedules and work breakdown structures to support development and resource planning.
Work across multiple teams and stakeholders to identify dependencies, gather information, and keep critical activities moving forward.
