You will partner with program managers, technical leads, engineers, and external partners to coordinate engineering workstreams, prototype builds, logistics, and key program deliverables. Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with international shipping, logistics, and receiving for hardware.
• Experience supporting logistics and suppliers in Asia preferred.
• Strong Jira experience within an engineering development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage engineering workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate international shipping, logistics, and prototype shipments.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Onboard suppliers and manage proposals, quotations, and deliveries.
• Support development artifacts and technical records.
