Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex energy solutions projects, including low/medium voltage systems, BESS, and behind-the-meter utility work.

You will plan, finance, and execute programs for hyperscale data centers and large-scale power generation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and within budget. You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk, and client relationships while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in energy solutions or data center infra.
• Experience with low/medium voltage, BESS, and utility interconnections.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of energy solutions projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Act as primary client liaison with hyperscale and enterprise accounts.
• Mentor project management talent and manage third-party labor partners.
• Provide weekly performance, revenue, and expense reports to leadership.
