Job summary

Safetrust in Fremont, CA is seeking a Product Manager - Devices to drive hardware products from prototype to production. You will align with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and external manufacturers to ensure reliable designs for volume scaling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience in hardware product management and NPI processes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Direct and align pre-production prototype builds with contract manufacturers.
Collaborate with Production to develop work instructions for PCBAs.
Develop production-ready cases meeting IP65/UL294 requirements.
Refine enclosure and connector designs for manufacturability and durability.
Manage tooling and mold development with Procurement for high-volume production.
Maintain documentation for ISO 9001 audits and compliance.
Coordinate with teams to address gaps before production release.
Coordinate hardware improvements and lifecycle activities after release.
