Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering with sales, marketing, and customer support to document feature requests and specs.
• Release coordination: plan and coordinate feature releases with scope and timelines.
• Trend monitoring of lighting trends and standards (ENERGY STAR®, DLC).
• Competitive benchmarking of lumens/W, connectivity, and pricing.
• Define target segments and refine value propositions accordingly.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams for UL/CE testing and energy certifications.
• Track KPIs and report insights to leadership.
• Drive post-launch iteration based on field feedback and product performance.
• Plan end-of-life timelines and communicate transitions to customers.
