Job summary

Infi Robotics in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Business Development professional to identify and win early customer programs for our Universal Factory.

You will work directly with the founder and engineering team to understand hardware assembly needs, craft scoped paid pilots, and turn conversations into lasting production relationships, with ownership of proposals and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hardware-related BD or contract manufacturing.
• Experience turning customer needs into defined programs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify hardware companies with assembly needs that fit our capabilities and economics.
• Develop opportunities into paid pilots and contracts with defined scopes.
• Own proposals and commercial discussions through paid pilots and successful builds.
• Stay close through delivery and use feedback to improve positioning, pricing, and opportunities.
