Strella in Seattle, WA is seeking a detail-oriented operations manager to oversee hardware operations, supply chain, and project management. You will coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of components, while aligning with engineering on timelines.

This role requires planning and forecasting, supplier negotiations, and startup-style initiative in a small team. You will own execution, optimize cashflows, and drive efficient operations for Strella's hardware products.

Formación

• Experience in planning and operations including forecasting, planning and execution.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment of hardware components and devices.
• Strong project management skills, prioritizing work on a small team and coordinating with engineering.

Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented operations manager, including experience in hardware operations, supply chain, and project management to assist with Strella's hardware operations. We are looking for someone who has:

• Planning and operations experience- demand/capacity forecasting, planning and execution; managing timelines; negotiating contracts and optimizing cashflows.
• Supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment experience - managing the procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of Strella’s hardware components and devices from end to end.
• Project management experience - prioritizing operations work on a small team and working hand in hand with engineering to execute.
• Startup experience strongly .
