Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer (IPT Lead) in Clifton, NJ to lead the integration and test of complex Electronic Warfare systems across the program lifecycle.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop verification strategies, and coordinate with program management, chief systems engineering, and customers to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives. A US security clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Direct experience serving as an IPT Lead for integration, test, or development programs.
• Experience with flight test, environmental qualification, and customer verification activities.
• Familiarity with discrepancy reporting, root cause investigation, and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and other DoD/Electronic Warfare standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level integration and test planning and execution.
• Develop the System Integration & Test Plan for the program.
• Support planning and execution of test events and readiness activities.
• Define or support definition of Special Test Equipment and Ground Support Equipment requirements.
