Responsibilities

• Install rivets, studs, nuts, and other fastening hardware into fabricated metal parts.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders and manufacturing documentation.
• Configure and adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
• Inspect finished components for quality, alignment and accuracy.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain tooling and coolant systems.
• Complete production records and inspection documentation.
• Collaborate with welding, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Hardware Installer, you'll play a critical role in production by installing fastening hardware into sheet metal components with accuracy and precision.

Daily Responsibilities:

Set up and operate hardware insertion presses, drill presses, and tapping machines

Install rivets, studs, nuts, and other fastening hardware into fabricated metal parts

Read blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and manufacturing documentation

Configure and adjust equipment to meet production and customer specifications

Inspect finished components for quality, alignment, and accuracy

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

Monitor machine performance and maintain tooling and coolant systems

Complete production records and inspection documentation

Collaborate with welding, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality teams

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
