Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a skilled IT support technician to install and deploy Windows-based systems in client environments. The role involves imaging software on laptops, preparing devices for deployment, and coordinating hardware orders and shipping with management.

Travel to customer sites in the Washington, DC area is required, and you will help ensure deliverables meet guidelines and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Hardware/Software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have active interim Secret clearance or above.
• Must be able to travel to Washington, DC to deploy equipment.
• Must be able to type.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
• Install and Image software on laptops and workstations.
• Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
• Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
• Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
• Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range*: $50,000 - $52,000.

This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Overview
