Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Rollout Engineer to plan and execute upload station and fleet rollouts across multiple cities in California. You will define timelines, milestones, and deployment sequences while ensuring readiness of hardware, connectivity interfaces, and vehicle systems.

You will coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover of IT hardware, ensuring site readiness, power, space, network access, and security, while aligning operations with vendors and mobility teams.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in connectivity, telecom, automotive, or embedded systems.
B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong system-level thinking.
Strategic thinking with execution focus.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment.
Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
Stakeholder and supplier coordination skills.
Analytical debugging and problem-solving mindset.
