Job summary

ITR Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Technician on a 1-year contract to support deployment and recovery of hardware. You will stock, pick, configure firmware, track inventory and handle break/fix tasks, with occasional visits to Brooklyn Park.

This onsite role requires lifting 25 lbs, independent work, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities; compensation includes medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill deployment/recovery requests for hardware, including stocking, picking, configuring and shipping.
• Perform detailed inventory management and break/fix operations.
• Allocate time across tasks: 60% hardware fulfillment, 15% inventory tracking, 15% firmware configuration, 10% break/fix.
• Work onsite Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 in Minneapolis, with occasional trips to Brooklyn Park.

Duration: 1 year contract with extensions

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm in Minneapolis, MN. Occasionally, you might have to go to Brooklyn Park, MN.

This position will be responsible for fulfilling deployment/recovery requests related to hardware utilized by our users. Fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and break/fix operations.

Example Time Allocation

• 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents, including picking and shipment of hardware
• 15% inventory tracking and reconciliation
• 15% configuration/application of firmware
• 10% break/fix operations

ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $25.00 - 28.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
