Warehouse Hardware Fulfillment Specialist (28509)

Title: Warehouse Hardware Fulfillment Specialist

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (W2)

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for fulfilling hardware requests related to broken hardware. This fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. The position also manages detailed inventory tracking and warranty processing.

This role requires high attention to detail and a strong understanding of inventory systems, and the data required to accurately leverage them. The role may work directly with store contacts to understand impact to the end user, so the ability to clearly communicate – both verbal and written – and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.

This role must be flexible enough to provide whatever services are needed in any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent:

• 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
• 25% inventory tracking and reconciliation
• 15% configuration/application of firmware

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Proven ability to manage detailed inventory processes and reporting.
• IT Support experience: including hardware support, firmware, imaging or provisioning
