Job summary

Castelion is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to identify and engage top talent for hardware and technology teams. The role supports engineering, manufacturing, and corporate hiring initiatives at the Torrance, CA headquarters with flexible onsite/hybrid arrangements.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to attract candidates in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in hardware companies, defense, or high-growth startup environments.
• Strong experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted sourcing to identify qualified candidates for hard-to-fill engineering, hardware, and corporate roles
• Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, personal networks, industry forums, and other platforms to engage passive talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and key candidate attributes
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to the recruiting team
• Support outreach campaigns and initial candidate engagement, including phone/email touchpoints
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by highlighting Castelion's mission, culture, and growth opportunities
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to improve strategies and outcomes
