Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support hardware engineering. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the full hiring process.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of tech recruiting, strong experience with passive talent, and ability to close offers. You will also improve recruiting processes and advocate for a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing organizations.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and filling early‑ to mid‑career roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent.
• Experience improving recruiting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner with leaders to define top talent.
• Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates using industry insights and data.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strengthen the recruiting funnel and implement new tools and interview practices.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Onsite requirement: five days per week at Long Beach headquarters.
