• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent.
• Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this field.
• Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and data to effectively close candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market data.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions.

About the Role: Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a full‑cycle Technical Recruiter to support Hardware Engineering. Hiring Range: $103,000 - $155,000 USD
