United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Hardware Engineering Project Manager II to drive execution of hardware initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects across improvement, yield enhancements, and full electromechanical redesigns, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, firmware, and supply chain teams.

You will strengthen project execution, scale innovation, and ensure timely delivery for a Boston-based team with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in hardware development.
• 3+ years in consumer electronics hardware development.
• Experience managing cross-functional hardware projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering projects from kickoff through launch with focus on performance, cost, and quality.
• Create and manage detailed project plans aligning with company goals.
• Coordinate builds and iterative development with internal/external manufacturing partners.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and timely decision-making.
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers to project execution.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Engineering processes.
