Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Hardware Engineering to support the hardware engineering team. You will manage engineering project documentation, perform data entry into ERP, and assist with configuration audits at customer facilities.

The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent, and 0–3 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD/ERP systems are preferred. This is an on-site position with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years experience for ENTRY level; ability to work in a team or independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce hardware documentation and PDALs (drawings and lists).
• Enter part and drawing data into ERP; save AutoCAD drawings as PDFs.
• Maintain and organize documentation; support customer meetings and audits.
