Job summary

Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. is seeking a Domestic Deployment Supervisor to lead IT deployment and installation activities across Passport Agencies and domestic consular centers in Northern Virginia. You will plan, schedule, and supervise onsite teams to ensure timely deployments.

The role requires 6+ years in IT deployment or field service with strong leadership and logistics coordination skills. A BA/BS or MA/MS is preferred; a hybrid work model may apply depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising IT deployment, installation, or field service teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware deployment, workstation installation, server deployment, and enterprise technology roll-outs
• Experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple deployment projects while ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage installation plans, deployment schedules, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise domestic deployment and installation activities across Passport Agencies and domestic consular centers.
• Coordinate logistics with shipping/receiving, deployment, and training elements.
• Deliver deployment tracking reports covering post self-installs and installation team work.
• Direct hardware configuration management for designated configurable items.
