Job summary

Hui Huliau is seeking an International Deployment Manager to join AC4S LLC in Northern Virginia. You will manage worldwide deployment and installation across Foreign Service Posts and overseas facilities, ensuring on-time completion and coordinating with government staff and technical teams.

You will refine deployment SOPs, oversee hardware configuration management, and maintain server refresh plans across worldwide facilities, enabling rapid deployment and complex project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders, Foreign Service Posts, consulates, logistics providers, and tech teams.
• Strong knowledge of hardware configuration management and asset lifecycle control.
• Experience developing and improving deployment SOPs and processes.
• Ability to manage complex deployment projects including rapid-response initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage worldwide deployment and installation across Foreign Service Posts and overseas facilities.
• Direct trip scheduling for government approval and adjust trips for special circumstances.
• Oversee hardware configuration management for DT/EA/CST items at overseas locations.
• Refine and execute deployment SOPs, review semi-annually, implement improvements.
• Maintain server refresh plans coordinating with Post and Consular Facility POCs.
