Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 2+ years of hardware design/build/test experience
• Ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship and a Final U.S. Secret clearance post start

Responsibilities

• Own hardware and product deliverables cradle to grave
• Perform CAM responsibilities (technical, schedule, cost accountability)
• Apply fundamentals including derating, RCCA, and SMC-S-016/MAS intent
• Break large work into tasks and delegate to junior engineers
• Review other engineers’ work and provide technical feedback
• Identify, track, and mitigate subsystem risks
• Manage corrective actions and configuration changes
• Ensure technical decisions align with product goals, risk posture, and mission needs
