Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years’ related work experience.
• 2+ years of hardware design/build/test experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware and product deliverables cradle to grave.
• Perform CAM responsibilities (technical, schedule, cost).
• Apply derating and RCCA, MAS standards.
• Break large work into tasks and delegate to junior engineers.
• Review other engineers’ work and provide feedback.
• Identify, track, mitigate subsystem risks.
• Manage corrective actions and configuration changes.
• Ensure decisions align with product goals, risk posture, and mission needs.
