Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking a Hardware Asset Technician to manage, track, deploy, refurbish, and support hardware assets across our technology portfolio, including kiosks, payment systems, PCs, printers, and peripherals.

You will work closely with IT and warehouses to ensure assets are accurately tracked, properly configured, shipped on schedule, and maintained throughout their lifecycle, with cross-functional coverage during staff shortages and involvement in large deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting computer hardware, peripherals, kiosks, payment systems, printers, or related technology.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and asset tracking.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware imaging, and device configuration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Track asset ownership, location, status, warranty information, and deployment history.
• Manage kiosk key inventories, assignments, replacements, and tracking records.
• Coordinate deployment readiness for customer installations, refresh initiatives, and project rollouts.
• Coordinate warranty repair and replacement activities across manufacturers and vendors.
• Provide cross-team operational support across IT Operations and Warehouse.
