Job summary

TKC Holdings is seeking a Hardware Asset Technician to manage, track, deploy, refurbish, and support hardware assets across its technology portfolio. Responsibilities include inventory control, warranty coordination, and shipping operations to ensure lifecycle integrity of kiosks, payment systems, PCs, printers, and networking gear.

The role collaborates with IT staff and warehouses, supporting deployments, upgrades, and project rollouts.

Qualifications

Experience supporting computer hardware, peripherals, kiosks, payment systems, printers, or related technology.
Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and asset tracking.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware imaging, and device configuration.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all assigned hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
Track asset ownership, location, status, warranty information, and deployment history.
Manage kiosk key inventories, assignments, replacements, and tracking records.
Utilize asset management systems, spreadsheets, ServiceNow, and administrative tools to maintain asset accuracy.
Identify missing, damaged, expired, or obsolete assets and coordinate corrective actions.
Assist with the development and improvement of asset tracking procedures and standards.
