Qualifications

• Strong hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience diagnosing hardware failures and performing break/fix repairs on enterprise IT equipment.
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory and replacement asset accountability.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and hardware lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with inventory records, asset tracking, and configuration management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of spare equipment and components to support continuity of operations.
• Set up replacement hardware of equal or better performance upon hardware failure.
• Track delivery status of items sent out for repair to manufacturers.
