Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hardware asset management or related experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking and Management Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
• Procurement Coordinate with vendors and suppliers in the procurement cycle ensuring compliance and records are provided within company standards.
• Deployment Oversee the deployment and installation of hardware assets, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintenance Schedule and manage regular maintenance and updates for hardware assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Disposal Manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged hardware assets in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Compliance Ensure all hardware assets comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting Generate regular reports on hardware asset status, usage, and lifecycle management.
• Vendor Management Establish and maintain relationships with hardware vendors and service providers.
• Support Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding hardware asset usage and management.
