Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Acquisition Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. You will assist in generating PIDs in the Navy AMS PMT for hardware contracts and support procurement documentation, including PRs.

You will track hardware acquisition packages from planning through closeout using Navy ERP and CI&IDS tools. The role requires a Secret Clearance and at least 3 years of Navy ERP experience focused on controlling, planning, budgeting, or managing project

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• 3 years of Navy ERP experience with analysis, planning, budgeting or project management.
• Experience preparing procurement documentation and related records.

Responsibilities

• Generate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy AMS PMT for hardware contracts.
• Maintain current list of items to be procured and prepare procurement documentation.
• Prepare RFI and RFQ notices for government review and submission.
• Document planned and actual procurement timelines and track ongoing hardware packages.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for pre-award and post-award hardware needs.

PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Hardware Acquisition Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
• Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
• Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.

Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance.
• Of required three years of experience, at least two years of experience in Navy ERP to include analyzing controlling, planning, organizing, budgeting, administering or managing project or activity.

Education:

• Bachelor’s, no degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; Associate degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelors
