JT Lawn Services and Landscaping in Fargo Moorhead is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew on paver patios, retaining walls, and other landscape projects. You will read designs and blueprints, coordinate installations, operate equipment, and ensure jobs are completed safely and on time.

Construction background is preferred, and the role offers a collaborative, relaxed work environment with solid benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' experience with paver patios and retaining walls.
• Experience across hardscaping, softscaping, and artificial turf installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
• Ability to lead crew members and collaborate with others.
• Experience operating construction equipment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience working with paver patios and retaining walls.
• Experience and knowledge in all areas of landscaping - hardscaping, softscaping and artificial turf installation.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
• The ability to lead crew members and work well with others.
• Experience in operating equipment/machinery.
• The ability to direct other crew members to see jobs through to completion in a timely manner.
• A background in construction (preferred).
