JT Lawn Services & Landscaping is hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman for the Fargo Moorhead area. You will oversee hardscape projects, read blueprints, and guide a crew to deliver paver patios and retaining walls to deadline.

Candidates should have 3+ years of hardscape and landscaping experience, ability to operate equipment, and a background in construction is preferred. Onsite role with a strong focus on teamwork and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with paver patios and retaining walls.
• Experience in landscaping—hardscaping, softscaping and artificial turf installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
• Ability to lead crew members and work well with others.
• Experience operating equipment/machinery.
• Ability to direct other crew members to complete jobs on time.
• Background in construction preferred.

• Lead a hardscape crew to complete patios, walls, and related projects.
• Read designs and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate crew, equipment, and timelines to finish jobs on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in all areas of landscaping - hardscaping, softscaping and artificial turf installation.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
• The ability to lead crew members and work well with others.
• Experience in operating equipment/machinery.
• The ability to direct other crew members to see jobs through to completion in a timely manner.
• A background in construction (preferred).
