You’ll guide guests, offer bootfitting, share gear knowledge, keep displays neat, and support beginners and experts alike while the team stays energized.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly with a passion for skiing or snowboarding.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to the right skis, boards, boots and bindings.
• Provide personalized bootfitting so guests leave comfortable and excited.
• Share knowledge of gear and trends with customers.
• Keep displays clean, organized, and shop vibes welcoming.
• Support both beginners and experts with their setups and goals.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain energy and smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned
