Christy Sports in Kentucky is hiring a Hardgoods Sales Associate. You’ll help guests choose skis, snowboards, boots and bindings, delivering welcoming, personalized service and expert product knowledge to match their needs and goals.

Responsibilities include bootfitting, sharing gear knowledge, maintaining an inviting shop, and supporting beginners as well as seasoned riders. The role offers commission, a free ski pass, and opportunities for growth within our outdoor lifestyle team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and able to talk about ski/board shop all day.
• Love for skiing or snowboarding and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings with confidence and care.
• Provide personalized bootfitting so guests leave comfortable and ready for adventure.
• Share knowledge of gear and industry trends with guests.
• Keep the shop warm and inviting with clean, well-curated displays.
• Create memorable experiences for beginners and experts alike.
• Support the team to keep energy high and the shop running smoothly.
