Christy Sports in Big Sky, MT is hiring a Hardgoods Sales Associate to help guests find skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings. You’ll use product knowledge and friendly service to ensure guests leave confident and excited for their mountain adventures.

You’ll bootfit customers, share gear trends, keep displays tidy, and support a collaborative team. Minimum enthusiasm for skiing or riding, willingness to work holidays and weekends, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer and transaction processing skills.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to skis, snowboards, boots and bindings.
• Provide personalized bootfitting and gear recommendations.
• Share product knowledge and industry trends with guests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming displays and shop vibe.
