Christy Sports is hiring for a Hardgoods Sales Associate in Colorado. You’ll help guests find the right skis, snowboards, boots and bindings, providing personalized bootfitting, expert gear knowledge, and a welcoming service. You’ll work with a team that loves the mountain lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly and able to talk ski/board shop all day.
• Enjoy skiing or snowboarding and share that passion.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends for more turns.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for transactions and docs.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide to the right skis, boards, boots, bindings.
• Provide personalized bootfitting to ensure comfort and fit.
• Share gear knowledge and industry trends with guests.
• Maintain warm, inviting shop displays.
• Create experiences for beginners and experts alike.
• Support team to keep the shop running smoothly.
