Christy Sports in Boulder, CO is hiring a Hardgoods Sales Associate to help guests select skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings, provide bootfitting, and deliver personalized service.

You’ll guide beginners and seasoned riders, keep displays inviting, and work with a team that values passion for the mountain lifestyle. Budgeted pay starts at $18.00–$18.50/hour plus commission and a free ski pass.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly with strong English communication.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with basic computer transactions.
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to the right gear.
• Provide personalized bootfitting.
• Share knowledge of gear and trends.
• Maintain warm, inviting displays.
• Assist beginners and experienced riders with setups.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
