Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for sales of hard good merchandise and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability and continue to provide the best-in-class guest service.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales for skis / boots / bindings
• Boot fitting
• Maintain the high-standard for guest service
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
• Other duties as may be assigned
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
• Have basic computer skills
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
