Job summary

Sound, LLC is seeking an experienced Small Business Hard Money Loan Processor in Arizona to manage business-purpose loan files from application through funding. You will coordinate with borrowers, brokers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely closings and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of loan processing experience.
• Experience with business-purpose loans and hard money lending.
• Familiarity with LLCs, corporations, and other entities.
• Experience coordinating multi-state transactions.
• Knowledge of closing requirements and title processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, LOS, CRM, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from application through underwriting, closing, funding, and post-closing.
• Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
• Collect, verify, and organize borrower and business documentation.
• Analyze financial information including cash flow, debt, liquidity, credit, collateral, and repayment ability.
• Calculate key metrics such as DSCR, DTI, LTV, and CLTV.
• Order title reports, insurance, lien searches, and other third-party reports.
• Identify missing documentation and submit complete loan packages to underwriting.
• Coordinate closings with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, and insurers.
• Review closing documents and confirm all approval conditions are met before funding.
• Maintain accurate records in LOS, CRM, and document management platform.
• Track loan pipelines and ensure deadlines and closing dates are met.
• Follow lending regulations including fraud prevention and compliance requirements.
• Assist with post-closing activities and trailing documents.
