Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Peabody, MA is hiring a Hard Goods Associate to engage Customers in the Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories, driving sales and enhancing Customer experience. You will assist with front-end operations, maintain a premiere stock and visual presentation, demonstrate product knowledge, and support club fittings while upholding exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Must stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb box.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and provide world class service by leveraging PGATSS behaviors.
Assist in hard goods areas (simulators, putting green, club repair, accessories).
Maintain merchandise presence and visual level to drive sales.
Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting.
Ensure front-end operations like returns, exchanges, and promotions run smoothly.
Support merchandising promotions and stay informed on marketing events.
Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operations.
