Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Hard Goods areas, including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories, to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will support front-end operations and help maintain premier merchandise presentation while delivering world‑class service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Assist with front‑end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Hard Goods.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of Hard Goods areas.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and merchandising.
