Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers across simulators, putting green, club repair, and accessories, driving sales and improving the customer experience. You will assist with front-end operations and maintain premier stock and visual presentation.

The role requires strong product knowledge, ability to perform fittings, and a collaborative, service‑driven mindset. Flexible schedule and physical stamina are needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to cross‑functionally collaborate.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and enhance experience.
• Assist with front-end operations (returns, exchanges, promotions) and maintain merchandising presentation.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting and accessories.
• Maintain clean, operational Hard Goods areas and uphold safety and compliance.
• Provide world-class service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Support merchandising promotions and participate in training and team activities.
