Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Braintree, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Simulator, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories areas, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

You will assist with returns, exchanges, promotions, and front-end operations while ensuring merchandise is presented at premiere stock and visual levels. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas and drive sales with world-class service.
• Assist with front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Maintain Hard Goods areas with premiere stock and visual presentation.
• Keep equipment and supplies maintained, clean, and safe.
