Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Massachusetts is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage Customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) and drive sales while delivering world-class service.

You will assist with front-end operations, demonstrate product knowledge, help with club fitting, and maintain a clean, well-presented selling floor. Flexible schedule, strong teamwork, and a passion for golf are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service in the Hard Goods areas.
• Assist customers in Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories to drive sales.
• Maintain premiere stock, visual presentation, and ensure operational cleanliness in Hard Goods areas.
• Assist in front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Stay informed about merchandising promotions and events to support promotions lifecycle.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to enhance customer experience.
