Role Description

This is a part-time remote/hybrid role for a Handyman/Compliance/Landscaping Consultant responsible for HOA common area work and oversight. The role involves performing maintenance tasks in the common areas of homeowners' associations throughout the DFW area, ensuring compliance with HOA and city regulations. Attention to detail and quality of work are essential, along with identifying and resolving potential issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and handyman tasks
• Knowledge of compliance regulations for homeowners' associations
• Landscaping, mowing skills, and oversight
• Basic carpentry and plumbing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience documenting work with paperwork and photos
• Experience requesting Information Proposals is a plus
• Experience in property management, apartments, multi-family, townhomes, or condominiums is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Military experience and logistics background are appreciated
• Reliable transportation and tools
