This is a part-time remote role for a Handyman. The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of properties. The Handyman will also assist in diagnosing issues and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience with general maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Carpentry, painting, and general repair skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in maintenance or handyman services is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
