Job summary

Impactconnects is seeking a Handwork Helper I to join the Handwork department. The role is hourly and non-exempt, with shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Handwork Lead and Departmental Manager.

You will learn basic handwork tasks, follow SOPs, maintain quality, and keep work areas clean while performing other duties as assigned. Company benefits include ESOP, health coverage, PTO, 401(k), and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of related experience or training
• Ability to read simple words and print spoken sentences
• Basic arithmetic: add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide by 10s and 100s

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions via work tickets.
• Follow Handwork SOPs.
• Ensure quality and quantity of assigned work.
• Sort and containerize all classes of mail.
• Read and understand all related forms and paperwork.
• Keep production areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
