Job summary

Impact is seeking a Fulfillment Pick-Pack Helper to learn and perform basic pick/pack order fulfillment. You will follow standard operating procedures, read packing slips, and ensure the quality and quantity of each job.

As a team lead for temps, you will guide tasks on your machine and report issues to the shift supervisor. This role requires reading forms, accurate packaging, and maintaining clean production areas while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months of related experience.
• Ability to read & understand packing slips, SOPs, and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Read & understand packing slips.
• Know & follow Fulfillment's SOPs.
• Ensure quality and quantity of each assigned job.
• Act as team leader for temps and ensure accurate, high-quality outcomes.
• Double check each picked order and understand each product.
• Read & understand all forms & paperwork.
• Package material efficiently and presentably.
• Keep production areas clean.
• Report any issues to supervisor promptly.
