Job summary

Linkan offers a Water Treatment Engineering Intern role in Elko, NV, supporting active design–build water treatment projects across mining and industrial sectors. You will work with experienced engineers through the full project lifecycle—from concept and design to construction and operations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Basic understanding of water treatment and environmental engineering principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze data.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or MATLAB is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support design–build water treatment projects across mining and industrial clients.
Assist site visits, field surveys, sampling, and commissioning support.
Collect and analyze data on dosing, flow rates, and contaminant removal.
Support environmental compliance documentation and permits.
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and project teams throughout lifecycle.
Research emerging water treatment tech to improve sustainability.
