Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in water treatment operations or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in field-based construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, piping and chemical processes.
• Excellent technical writing skills with client-report experience.
• Familiar with proposals, estimating, and scheduling processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic project-tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with ability to enforce field safety procedures.
• Physically capable of site walks and light field tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Experience operating forklifts or skid steers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and deliverables for field operations.
• Serve as liaison between project management, field crews, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, daily logs, and cost reports.
• Develop and review technical content for reports, procedures, and safety docs.
• Contribute to proposal development, including scope narratives and scheduling input.
• Track labor, materials, and equipment against budget and schedule goals.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Submit purchase requests with cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate material delivery and readiness for deployment.
• Assist in safety meetings, job walks, and team briefings.
• Document meeting minutes and action items; track progress.
• Support change management and Change Orders.
• Provide field data for invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist with estimating by gathering quotes and bid docs.
• Conduct light mechanical troubleshooting or field verifications.
• Help onboard new field staff and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong field-level communication with internal teams and leadership.
