Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering required.
• Industrial, mining, or heavy-environment operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating field schedules, including two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off assignments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on work.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to analyze operating data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work safely in rugged environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Two-week on/off schedule during year one; 7 days/week during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a shift operator for at least the first six months, running water treatment systems.
• Operate and maintain pumps, valves, filters, and related process equipment.
• Collect water samples and report operational data per protocols.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization with operations and engineering teams.
• Assist with startup, shutdown, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
